Large Lump On Outer Calf

'm still on the ball

is now already so much time has passed since my last entry * shame *
But I feel really good again. I'm totally motivated in my weight loss and also got a little lost. Currently I weigh only 63 kg (as of this morning) It was so clear to me that this could not proceed so rapidly with the decrease * laugh *

perquisites I go now 4 times a week. Monday 1.5 hours Step aerobics, Pilates and aerobics 1.5 hours Wednesdays, Fridays back exercises and circuit training, alternating Saturdays and 1.5 hours and then an hour Nordic walking or jogging. All I am doing at the local sports club. I'm just not the type for s Fitness Studio. I enjoy the sport in the group with like-minded people a lot more fun.

Oh and the very best thing: I fit easily into size 38 again! Since I've been 5 years no longer fit into. At that time I've given up smoking. There are not so many kilos tumbled but for the more centimeters in the right places * happy * I totally

morning I also have an Easter card in the order of Schatzi tinkering, I can also show again what ;-)
